Their staff members are rude and unprofessional. I feel some Baba & Nyonya people glorify the Westerners, and look down at local people. There is no entrance fees display (same with another Baba museum in Penang) which is against the Malaysian law. There was no guided tour as per price indicated. Suggest that the time for the guided tour should be stated at the door so as to avoid lost time for the tourist.
