nice. but i must add that pangsapuri bunga raya is currently housed by KUTKM students, not MMU students. This is weird because this hostel for KUTKM is so near to MMU that sometimes I see KUTKM students trespassing into MMU courts and fields for sporting activities. The KUTKM campus is quite a distance away (5 minutes drive), but absolutely not within walkable distance.
bleargh. why am i ranting. lol.

Actually, I found that Pangsapuri Bukit Beruang Murni is also occupied by quite a number of KUKTM students. After all, Bukit Beruang is just a few minutes drive to Tasik Utama, quite a good residential option for KUKTM students and lecturers who posses self-transportation.
Thanks for blearghing

Ever since MMU was set up, Bukit Beruang has been transformed into a quiet town into a bustling community. The food industry has seen lots of development - there are now restaurants and cafes everywhere.
Since this post concentrates on accomodations (apartments, condos), it would be good a map with all the food outlets can be added soon.
Some people come all the way from Bukit Katil to have their meals - that’s how “happening” Bukit Beruang is these days….
